电源开发工程师（软硬件）Power Supply Engineer (Hardware & Software)

岗位职责：Responsibilities:

  • 负责电源模块（AC/DC、DC/DC）及管理系统的软硬件全流程开发；Responsible for full-process hardware and software development of power modules (AC/DC, DC/DC) and management systems;
  • 开展电源性能测试、可靠性验证及EMC整改，输出完整开发文档；Conduct power performance testing, reliability verification and EMC rectification, output complete development documents;
  • 协同结构/散热团队推动产品集成，参与量产导入及售后技术支持。Collaborate with structure/thermal teams to promote product integration, participate in mass production introduction and after-sales technical support.

任职要求：Requirements:

  • 精通开关电源原理，熟悉反激/LLC/移相全桥等拓扑设计；Proficient in switching power supply principles, familiar with flyback/LLC/phase-shifted full-bridge and other topology designs;
  • 熟悉电源测试标准（GB/T、IEC62304），能独立使用负载仪/功率分析仪Familiar with power testing standards (GB/T, IEC62304), able to independently use load testers/power analyzers
  • 3年以上电源开发经验，有新能源/工业电源项目者优先。3+ years of power development experience, those with new energy/industrial power projects are preferred.

检测认证测试主管工程师Testing & Certification Lead Engineer

岗位职责：Responsibilities:

  • 统筹汽车零部件/电子器件/新能源产品的测试项目，把控交付质量与进度；Coordinate testing projects for automotive parts/electronic devices/new energy products, control delivery quality and schedule;
  • 建立客户技术对接通道，提供失效分析报告及改进建议；Establish customer technical communication channels, provide failure analysis reports and improvement suggestions;
  • 管理测试团队，优化测试流程，降低重复性失误率。Manage testing teams, optimize testing processes, and reduce repetitive error rates.

任职要求：Requirements:

  • 逻辑清晰，擅长跨部门协作，能承受高强度项目压力；Clear logic, good at cross-department collaboration, able to withstand high-intensity project pressure;
  • 3年以上第三方实验室测试经验，熟悉EV充电设备/BMS/电驱系统测试尤佳；3+ years of third-party laboratory testing experience, familiar with EV charging equipment/BMS/electric drive system testing preferred;

电池储能检测工程师Battery Energy Storage Testing Engineer

岗位职责：Responsibilities:

  • 执行储能电池组/逆变器/充电桩等产品的性能检测与安全认证；Perform performance testing and safety certification for energy storage battery packs/inverters/charging piles and other products;
  • 操作高精度仪器（光谱分析仪、绝缘耐压测试仪），定位电气缺陷；Operate high-precision instruments (spectral analyzers, insulation withstand voltage testers) to locate electrical defects;
  • 协助研发团队复现客诉问题，提出工艺优化建议。Assist R&D team in reproducing customer complaints and propose process optimization suggestions.

任职要求：Requirements:

  • 电子信息/自动化专业背景，熟悉储能系统架构；Background in electronic information/automation, familiar with energy storage system architecture;
